Guide install ircd-seven in ubuntu
ok first time install what do you need
Code:

sudo apt-get install build-essential
sudo apt-get install libpcre3 libpcre3-dev
sudo apt-get install libssl-dev
sudo apt-get install gcc
sudo apt-get install byacc
sudo apt-get install flex
apt-get install bison
after this download ircd-seven from here
Code:

git clone https://github.com/freenode/ircd-seven.git && cd ircd-seven && autoconf && ./configure
and you need fix your config
